The median sales price dropped to $650,000 over the latest reporting period for the 02127 zip code, down from $659,000. With only two months of inventory to sell, the 02127 zip code is a definite seller's market, in spite of the flat sales.

number of home sales climbed 3.3%, pushing the total to 62 homes sold over the last 30 days. To put it in perspective, the close-by 02118 zip code registered 63 homes sold in the same period, the most of all surrounding zip codes. Months of inventory continued a steady rise, trending upwards for four weeks to reach two months. The rise in sales and low inventory point to the 02127 zip code being a solid seller's market.
